Some use the private network communication of radio stations, and some use wired solutions, CDPD technology or GPRS/GSM into the hall communication. Most of these communication technologies are relatively mature and widely used in urban outdoor lighting management systems, but various problems cannot be avoided during the application process. Therefore, the advantages of various communication technologies should be fully utilized, and the development of wireless communication methods combining multiple communication technologies should be adopted.

1. The structure of the wireless communication monitoring system for outdoor lighting lamps The main component of the monitoring level is the remote monitoring system. Users are connected to the main monitoring system through a wide area network or a local area network in order to obtain the current status of the outdoor lighting fixtures and the monitoring system in a timely manner. According to the access method, the monitoring system can be divided into two types: LAN access and WAN access. Under normal circumstances, the staff of the management office of outdoor lighting lamps can check the situation of the transportation hall of outdoor lighting lamps through the LAN, but they cannot send instructions to the monitoring center of the main control room. The administrator at the upper level uses the WAN to check the real-time information of the outdoor lighting fixtures or the past information of the outdoor lighting lighting transportation hall, and can send instructions to the monitoring center in the main control room.

The main components of the monitoring level are the database management system and the main control system. The monitoring level is used to control and manage wide-area distributed RTU sites, and collect the field information of outdoor lighting lamps at each RTU site to form a distributed or centralized control system. The main control system of this control system is the same as the existing The main control system is consistent. Two industrial control stages are used for monitoring, and 100M Ethernet and database management system are used for information exchange. Unlike existing systems, the new database management system can provide remote access, remote clients can use the network to view new or historical database information.

On-site control level The main components of the on-site control level are RTU, switchgear and detection device. The on-site control level controls the outdoor lighting equipment directly into the hall, and timely detects the relevant parameters of the status of the outdoor lighting lamps when entering the hall. The on-site control level usually constitutes a city’s wide-area distributed control, and its RTU site not only supports radio station communication, but also supports SMS communication and GPRS synchronous transmission and other communication methods.

2. Communication interface of the monitoring system of outdoor lighting lamps and lanterns The communication interface of the monitoring system of outdoor lighting lamps and lanterns has two communication systems: field control level and monitoring level communication interface, also known as interface I: monitoring system and monitoring level communication interface, also known as For the interface IL interface I not only supports the SMS/GPRS communication provided by the telecom operator, but also supports the private network communication of the radio station. Interface I also formulates a protocol for information exchange between the on-site monitoring level and the monitoring level entry hall.

The interface supports two communication modes: WAN based on Web service and communication mode of LAN. This interface enters the interaction of hall information through Intranet or Internet.
